Update flake8-lazy to v0.10.1 and apply its new
__lazy_modules__output. The new version addscibuildwheelandtypingwhere it can, and uses the imported submodules instead of their parent packages. On Python 3.15.0rc3 (hyperfine, 40 runs), the effect on startup time is in the noise:
--help--print-build-identifiers --platform linuxThe only change in imported modules is that
cibuildwheel.bashlex_evalno longer loads at startup.
